About the job

You will join our technical support team who takes care of providing daily support to our partners and customers. Most support is handled by email and chat. 

Together with the rest of the team, you are responsible for handling and allocating all incoming support requests and help troubleshoot issues, detecting bugs and creating bug reports for our development team.  

You take into consideration in supporting client's urgency and provide positive troubleshooting experiences. Furthermore, you'll be a part of building and maintaining our external and internal knowledge base by writing help center articles up to date with features and functionalities of Templafy for all users. 

Bringing in your expertise to the support team, you'll definitely be able to make a footprint in the long term story of Templafy. 

The key words for us is that you communicate well and that you think the intersection between customer support and technology is a great place to operate in. 

About you

We expect you to have a technical background and a good, general knowledge about IT is a prerequisite - but even more important is your mindset and attitude and that you enjoy helping other people. 

Preferably you already hold some experience from a similar position with outstanding results and you are dedicated to finding solutions to problems and deliver first class customer experience.
