Valuer is looking for passionate, energetic, and highly-ambitious Account Development Representatives to join our WOLF Team.
As Account Development Representatives you are expected to take responsibility and work independently on finding, qualifying, and taking on new business opportunities in one of the markets that Valuer is currently expanding to. Right from the start, you’re expected to manage your own dealflow and take ownership of your leads. We then offer you the opportunity to develop your expertise through our training & mentoring program so you can eventually handle the full sales process by yourself.
Your role:
Research and identify prospects to contact via cold calls and email outreach
Build relationships with new clients across a variety of sectors
Identify new opportunities within your market for the Sales Executives
Maintain an organised pipeline using our CRM Software
Reach and exceed your targets including leads generated and qualified appointments set
Develop the skills needed to move into a dealmaker position with more tailored targets
Ideal fit:
You have a relevant educational background, e.g. CBS, ITU, Copenhagen Business Academy, etc.
Motivated to build your career in sales and business development
Highly driven, never settles, and the ability to overcome rejections
Positive and energetic attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Passion to learn and grow
A winner's mindset and a professional attitude
Analytical and creative
Structured worker
0 to 1 years of sales experience
Excellent level of English (2nd language is a big plus)
Experience in cold calling and CRM tools is a plus
