The Role:

Your main challenge will be to help our COO maintain the operations of our fast-growing business.

This requires a constant need for development and implementation of efficient processes and standard operating procedures.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and future COO who dream about working with the backbone of the most successful tech companies. You must be able to work under time pressure and assist the COO in building a very efficient organization.

You feel comfortable in a constantly changing environment and thrive in driving change yourself as well as getting your hands dirty in day-to-day operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Measure our delivery on our SLAs (Service & License Agreement)
• Automate our operational procedures
• Reduce the time spend on our processes.
• Set up dashboards to keep track of all operations and metrics
• Track the preparation of financial reports
• Create business templates
• Manage projects, ensure performance and delivery on time

Abilities and Skills:

• Business background preferably with a University degree.
• Min. 1 year of related experience
• Great experience with Google Sheets and keen to learn about other operational software tools.
• An eye for detail with keeping the ability to see the bigger picture.
• A structured, thorough approach to assignments and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills in the English language.

Our main office is located at CSE, on CBS's Porcelænshaven campus. The average working hours is 09:00 - 17:00, but we use them more as guidelines than regulations.
