As part of Tonsser’s team of engineers, you’ll be working with a bunch of passionate tech people. We are creative product builders who love to create high-quality software using the best tools of the trade.
We're always eager to learn and spend time experimenting, improving tech skills and sharing our knowledge. You will have dedicated time to do so through bi-monthly hack days. We do tech internal talks where team members share knowledge on everything from advanced Git usage, exploring new programming languages like Rust, to writing a Slack bot in Haskell.

Our iOS app is already loved today, but we want it to be even better and much more exciting tomorrow. The primary objective is great craftsmanship and ensuring that we build a quality product with a clear purpose. You'll work on taking the app to the next level together with a group of passionate engineers, designers and product managers, to help young people achieve their dreams.
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
Natural tendency to help your teammates and care for your colleagues.
Extensive iOS platform experience (3-5 years).
Highly proficient with Swift.
Interest in working with new, awesome open-source third-party libraries.
Knowledge of Functional Reactive Programming (RxSwift).
Knowledge of different design patterns, architectures that help you write high quality, testable and clean code
Building complex interfaces with both Auto-Layout and Frames.
Experience with a variety of iOS frameworks such as AVFoundation.
Constantly looking to improve your skills by learning and experimenting.
Thriving on working with tough deadlines and making difficult decisions.
Keen on working in a fast-paced startup environment, where product development is based on solid user research and metrics.
