We are seeking a UI/UX designer to play a key role in a new tech-startup based in Stockholm, Sweden. This person will lead the design process from concept to user testing and pixel-perfect ready to be shipped design. You have an incredible eye for details and a strong ability to innovate. You’re an flexible team player who can thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing the product user-interface and other digital touch-points.
• Ideate and iterate on the entire user flow.
• Critically analyse the effect of the final design. 
• Conduct user research and testing to limit friction and improve usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and content strategists
• Wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for sharing.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Educate cross-functional team members in design and usability principles.
• Be economically aware and managing resources with respect.
• Never discriminate on the basis of religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
• Having fun and sometimes fail.

Experience

• 5+ years of applied UX/UI design.
• Education in graphic design, typography and photography.
• Pixel-perfect portfolio with relevant cases.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design tools like: Figma, Sketch, XD or Invision.
• Prototyping tools like: Origami, Framer or Principle.
• Highly collaborative and cross-functional team experience.
