We are looking for a highly-driven product manager/product lead to join a new tech-startup based in Stockholm. Your challenge is to rethink every part of the housing market. We believe technology can revise and simplify the entire experience from financing, ownership to essential services around your home. Your contribution will be fundamental for the success of the product. Managing the process from priorities and requirements to implementation and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end product development process.
- Establish a cross-functional working cadence between the product stakeholders.
- Run the day to day priorities for engineers, designers and content strategist.
- Implementing tools and processes for data capturing and learnings to improve the product.
- Leading the internal reviews or standups regarding the development process.
- Educate team members in management, tools and processes.
- Be economically aware and managing resources with respect.
- Never discriminate on the basis of religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
- Having fun and sometimes fail.
Experience
- 5+ years of software or online product development.
- Mastering the entire process of mobile development.
- Led and shipped at least one successful mobile app to the market.
- Managed projects or programs attached to significant budgets.
- Understanding for both engineering and UI/UX design.
- Proven a cross-functional and favorable leadership style.
