The opportunity

Cobiro is a well-funded startup with a dynamic organisation. We are growing our AI team, and as a Python Developer you will have a significant influence on both the coming team and the way the AI team will work in future. 

As our Python Developer you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. You will join a company full of curious individuals who are self-starters, value quality, and who enjoy collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Craft web solutions and troubleshot
• Design and implementation of performant applications
• Assist in architecture and deployment tasks in back-end web development
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of user-facing element developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Contribute to our brain power through innovation and feedback
• Integration of data storage solution

Your skills

Your skills are important but of course it would be great if you have an interest in Machine Learning or NLP and a curiosity for further growth. At Cobiro we manage our own projects and take responsibility for our own tasks. You will have colleagues to share ideas with and collaborate, and you will take ownership of your position as Python Developer. 

• +2 years of experience as a Python Developer
• Strong python coding skills, including understanding of optimization
• Familiarity with some ORM libraries
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Basic understanding of Frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, PHP, or CSS
• Experience with GIT
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Problem solving skills
• A self-starter
