Guestit is a tech enabled full-service home rentals management company in the proptech category, offering dynamic pricing expertise, thoughtful interior design and hotel-style operations for homes We are an excited bunch because we have so far bootstrapped Guestit but now planning to raise capital. We hope to be backed by a great group of strategic investors who believe in the growth of the new category of travel accommodation, homes, and in our vision of unlocking the potential of every home.

What can you expect?

• Work closely with the CEO/COO to supervise the day-to-day running of our team flagging any issues and ensuring issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively
• Learn a lot but also, be part of a fun team
• Aid in the recruitment, training and development of new team members
• Define and monitor standards changing process as and when needed to ensure efficiency as we continue to scale rapidly.
• To work full-time, we work 7 days a week which means some weekends and bank holidays.

Who are you?

• A fast learner who gets thrilled by tackling any new challenges and wishing to initiate great ideas (culture, business development, etc.)
• A people's person with strong interpersonal skills. You have experience in working and communicating across teams to deliver success (maybe worked in a hotel or restaurant, and know how to handle all type of situations)
• Someone ready to experience managing a team of customer-facing staff and deal with our clients' expectations
• A person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the nitty-gritty of an operational business
• You have high standards and the ability to inspire a team 
• You work well under pressure. Our guests are flooding in left, right and centre - you have to be able to think on your feet and deal with last minute operational changes
