We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to help build and execute our go-to-market strategy and establish our channel-fit for growth. About SUPERB: 

SUPERB was born with the vision of using technology to reshape the way people work in the hospitality industry. Introducing Guest Experience Management (GXM). Everything a restaurant needs to know about their guests and business in one platform. By combining all the tools a restaurant needs to run their operations, we are making it possible for restaurants to become data-driven.  Restaurants no longer need 3-4 different systems to run their restaurant. They can now simply use the GXM platform - to control their whole business

We are currently working with restaurants in over 20 countries including some of the most famous restaurants in the world such as worlds Osteria Francescana (Italy), Maaemo (Norway), Amass (Denmark), Sühring (Thailand) + many more. Our goal in the next 12-18 months is to work towards a marketing channel fit in our European markets. This will be a combined effort between the marketing, sales and product team. We need to know how we can scale our product most efficiently, and this is where YOU come in. 

The Team & You

The growth team is a lean, high-performing elite where our marketing and sales colleagues work together to ensure our customer growth. You will be joining a team who has various backgrounds and specialized in marketing, sales, and consumer branding from Red Bull, Uber, Joe & Juice and several high-profile companies.  

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our team - who will focus on our acquisition channels to improve our core business metrics and generate revenue. The individual will have full ownership to develop, test and scale customer acquisition initiatives across all digital channels and markets, both on a strategic and hands-on level. In strong collaboration with the content manager and sales team, the Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for maximizing every opportunity between the top and bottom funnel. Ultimately, the role is to support building a global business and dominating technology within hospitality. 

As we are building up our organization, the Head of Digital Marketing first priority will be to for build up the fundamental framework for all digital marketing activities together with management such as re-building the website, implement conversion strategies, demand generation, identify acquisition channels and aligning everything in our CRM (Hubspot). 


Your Responsibilities

  • Building up a true SaaS marketing organization 
  • Develop, manage, and execute SUPERB’s lead generation & inbound strategy
  • Establish the right framework for measuring, reporting, and optimizing funnel metrics.
  • Run experiments, conduct data analysis, and research to develop insights that reveal growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate, optimize and align content planning with Head of Content

The Ideal Candidate

  • A marketer that considers him/herself a T-Shaped Marketer 
  • Able to work with HTML/CSS 
  • Is analytical, holistic and committed to a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in analytics, A/B, and multivariate testing.
  • Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, marketing automation, SEO & SEM 
  • Motivated to join a young, dedicated and hard-working team in an early-stage startup with huge ambitions. 
  • Prioritizes to work with passionate and skilled people
