We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Copenhagen!

You are serious about your designs – but don’t take yourself too seriously – and want to work in a design team that is constantly evolving. You have an open personality that enjoys being part of a team where discussions take place, and also want to own the design responsibility, from ideation to prototyping to user experience and interface design.

Day-to-day you will be working with an agile product team in collaboration with ambitious frontend designers and a group of skilful developers and project managers. Our design team is working closely with products and we are responsible for the holistic design vision. We all share the same mission of building a world class platform, which fosters a great environment for constantly learning and evolving together.

What you'll do:

• Take a lead role owning the design of 1 platform product
• Locate and challenge assumptions, involve stakeholders to broaden the perspective, and validate with customers
• Own the design process from ideation and prototyping to the overall user experience and actual interface design
• Focus on improving existing products, adding new features, and solving new problems
• Be a part of the broader design team and actively participating in design sprints, critique sessions, team huddles, various events etc.

What you have:

• Experience owning the full cycle of the product design process
• UI design experience preferably from doing web Apps
• Excellent skills in creating high-fidelity prototypes using Invision, Principle, Code or similar
• UX design skills ranging from user research, customer interviews and user testing
• Hands on with common research techniques and the ability to define project scopes
• Familiarity with modern design patterns
• Excellent communicator of your designs and your rationale behind your proposals
• Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self driven, autonomous work attitude, but also a collaborative team player
