Superclass currently consist of a developer that are looking to scale up with more clients and more awesome work. Therefor Superclass/I are looking for a partner and co-founder to help develop and scale the bureau to the next level.
You will
- Be responsible for managing both large & small-scale projects
- Be responsible for onboarding new clients and business partners
- Help to identify sales opportunities
- Help with the continuous optimisation of internal processes
- Be part of hiring new people
- Help with all company-related stuff like economy, saleries etc.
- Have a strong opinion on what goes and what does not within the company
What I am looking for
