SOFTWARE & DATA NETWORK FOR AIRPORT SCANNERS This new position requires strong competencies and experience in software development of C++ appli¬ca¬tions that are robust and of a high-quality as well as a PLC programming and 2D & 3D imaging. These will be applied to a security scanning solution for cabin baggage using x-ray technology that is patent-backed. The work environment is international. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the owner of all the scanner software and its back-end data network for the X-ray cabin baggage scanner. Your tasks will include:

  • Insight in the software & hardware system including the implications of human behaviour
  • Gather internal and external stakeholders’ interests to define software and hardware requirements 
  • Efficient coordination of the team of external specialists (software developers, scientists, hardware suppliers) and the internal project team including prioritization of tasks and monitoring the project’s quality, documentation, deliverables and milestones
  • Management communication of status as well as pros and cons on crucial issues 


There will be one- or two-day trips to Varde in Jutland once or twice a month.

You will report to CEO Morten Pankoke. The position is a full-time position.

BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master of Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent 
  • Work experience in an equivalent role in an agile team or as scrum master
  • IT-experience with development of large-scale applications, including verification and validation processes, in C++, 2D & 3D imaging, PLC programming 
  • English, oral and written at negotiation level
  • An autonomous team player with a structured and quality-driven work approach
