Linkfire is looking for a data-driven Head of Traffic and Growth, that lives and breathes the journey from traffic to leads to customers. In this new role, you will be given a lot of autonomy to build an outstanding Inbound Marketing Machine and establish a strong “Traffic and Growth Marketing” team in our Copenhagen HQ.

The Role:
In this cross-functional role, you will be given the full responsibility of our inbound traffic and marketing as well as lead generation strategies. It will be your task to run an extensive data analysis of our current traffic and to ensure that the right data infrastructure and tools are set in place to track our traffic in the right ways going forward. As part of this, you will own the sign-up and product trial processes on linkfire.com and will initiate and project manage any needed changes with internal resources.
Based on this you will continuously optimize our Inbound Funnel and build an outstanding Inbound Marketing Engine (incl. Defining and building strategies for channels, spending matrix, onboarding flow and conversion optimization).
You will be an essential part of building your own team and, together with HR, hiring the resources needed to create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, SOME, inbound marketing, email and other channels to drive customer acquisition for our fastest growing customer tiers.
You will optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes. You will use existing tools and establish new ones to create closed-loop analytics with sales to continuously measure our traffic and how our activities positively affect customer growths.
