JodaCare works to connect healthcare workers and family members of patients that cannot speak for themselves. These are people that suffer from Dementia, Autism, Downs syndrome or are kids with special needs. We are a startup with existing customer base and a technical platform that had had some scaling problems. These problems have led to a massive backlog of customer acquisition work. We would like a person with good Norwegian speaking skills that can help us connect back to our customer base, then Norwegian municipalities.

• We need you to connect with municipalities in Norway, both the 35 we already have as customers and new ones.
• Use our CRM system and follow up with customers, and contracts. Both with telephone calls and via email.
• Help new users start with JodaCare and helping them understand the value of collaboration between healthcare workers and family members. 

As we work towards Norwegian Municipalities, our work language is Norwegian.

The workplace is in Asker, close to the train station, only 20 min from Oslo.
