This position is in the Hypefactors Engineering team. Our engineering team is technically cross-functional, with expertise in digital design, embedded systems, backend, frontend, mobile, data engineering and data sciences. We function in a DevOps manner and strive to improve ourselves through process-improvement, adopting and devising industry best-practices.

Key Responsibilities

As a scrum master, you’ll participate in the full life-cycle of our tech platform. This means that you’ll be expected to

• Manage work activities of a software development life-cycle in an agile manner with in-house and remote team members
• Collect data and report up & down on productivity status
• Determine productivity prognoses, and report them up & down
• Investigate and initiate continuous improvements 

Along the way, you can take up additional responsibilities, such as

• Mentor talent
• Manage product features

Qualifications

• Professional experience of aforementioned key responsibilities
• Affinity with SaaS products in the area of public relations, marketing or similar forms of communication
• Solid understanding of software development
• Solid evidence of high self-organizing qualities
