GoMore is Scandinavia’s leading car sharing platform with more than 2 million members across five countries. We make it easy for our members to share cars through ridesharing, peer-to-peer car rental and private car leasing. We are looking for an energetic person to fill a central role in the Swedish & Norwegian team, based in our Copenhagen HQ.

Customer Experience includes conversations with our users through inbound and outbound channels. A good understanding of their needs and swift help with their challenges is key for growing our community in Sweden & Norway. The person will take lead on the contact with our users, and will be working to turn our members into super users!

The employee will be part of a small and dynamic team with a growth mindset. Tasks will include:

• Supporting existing users
• Recruiting and onboarding new users
• Identify and drive campaigns that improve our market presence
• Assisting in communication and marketing efforts

In short; doing all it takes to make car sharing grow in Sweden and Norway! 

The following capabilities are of benefit;

• Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian
• Commercially strong and result driven
• Experience with customer service or sales
• Does not hesitate to pick up the phone and talk to our users
