This position is in the Hypefactors Engineering team. Our engineering team is technically cross-functional, with expertise in digital design, embedded systems, backend, frontend, mobile, data engineering and data sciences. We function in a DevOps manner and strive to improve ourselves through process-improvement, adopting and devising industry best-practices.

Key Responsibilities
As a product/UX designer, you’ll participate in the full life-cycle of our tech platform. This means that you’ll be expected to
- Manage stakeholders input requests
- Conduct use case analyses
- Develop wireframes of new and enhanced product features
- Coordinate with fellow-engineers its realization, validation and deployment
Along the way, you can take up additional responsibilities, such as
- Mentor talent
- Strategic product management
- Strategic program management
- Managing enterprise accounts
- Performing state-of-the-art research in collaboration with universities
Qualifications
- Affinity with public relations, marketing or similar forms of communication
- Evidence of professional experience of aforementioned key responsibilities
- Solid understanding of use case analysis principles
- Solid understanding of web and mobile UI/UX principles
- Prior exposure to software development
- Prior exposure to agile project methodologies
