The Opportunity

To join a growing startup in a central role and at a crucial time. You’ll be part of shaping and developing our customer experience and the way we communicate with our biggest assets: Our clients. You’ll be reporting to the Customer Experience Management team and will act as a vital link between the customer experience design and the customers. There’s plenty of space to grow, put your own spin on the practice, and work in a fresh start-up culture. 

 

The Assignments

  • You’ll be spearheading the Customer Service Division from Denmark and working from the office in Copenhagen, handling the day shift from 8:30-17. The rest of the day will be covered by your colleagues in India with whom you’ll communicate on a regular basis
  • Providing world-class, friendly, and in-depth support to our customers through our chat and phone services
  • Reporting and analyzing findings in weekly meetings with the Customer Experience Management team and putting that data to use in future support situations
  • Various on-boarding tasks in relation to new customers joining SUPERB
  • Put your own spin on software customer support

 

The Skills That You Ideally Have 

  • No specific education needed - we care about your winning personality and your excellent people skills
  • A great tone of voice in both spoken and written communication
  • Superstar English spoken and written proficiency
  • Service-minded to the highest degree
  • Experience within customer support of any kind
  • Basic interest in food and the restaurant business - maybe even experience from working within the industry

 

Bonus Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a big plus - but don’t worry if you don’t speak anything other than English, it won’t hurt your chances one bit
  • Experience within software/tech support
