What we like you to do:

As our new Junior Account Manager, you are in the driver's seat when it comes to growing and taking care of our Private Lease member community in the Netherlands. You'll be working within our international Community Support team of enthusiasts and world changes, being at the very forefront of our fast growing SnappCar community. It will be up to you to proactively attract, activate and onboard new Private Lease members the best way possible and assist them during their private lease contract. You are n consultative seller and a natural connector who knows how to engage people and turn them into satisfied and loyal SnappCar ambassadors.

Because it's all about them and their ultimate member experience!

What's your focus:

  • Acquisition – look at incoming prospect leads, contact possible new private lease members
  • Activation - Inform them about our lucrative private lease deal, create enthusiasm, take away cold feet feelings and close the deal
  • Member æ – help new members through the entire process and turn them into our ambassadors
  • First line contact – proactively keep in touch, solve problems and answer all questions about private leasing and car sharing for your specific member base
  • Account Management - manage your accounts for the duration of the lease contracts (rent out obligations) and keep all your members as active and happy as possible!

What you bring to the table:

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and result driven “relationship builder”. You love engaging with people and talking to them, mostly on the phone. Our members enjoy talking to you and praise you for your clear explanations and pleasant interactions. You’re self-propelling, you think in opportunities and take responsibility for your actions. Next, to that, you’re a brutally honest communicator and assertive enough to make sure that our private lease members hold up to their end of the bargain. Last but not least, you think our mission is awesome and that's why you want to join!

So, is this you? And can we add this up to:

  • A bachelor in Commerce, Business Economics (or other equivalent studies)
  • Successful consultative selling experience in the field of (tele) marketing, lead generation, sales;
  • Native Dutch and fluent English language skills
  • Comfortability with calling and creativity in multiple follow up techniques;
  • Flexible mindset and the ability to handle projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
  • Strong affinity with p2p community/platforms and the sharing economy

Bonus points:

  • You're already an active and passionate SnappCar member
  • German, Swedish or Danish as a third language
  • Living in or near Utrecht.
