If yes, you might be our new project manager, who will help us manage projects with prospects and clients, as well as keep track of our deadlines and initiatives. You will be joining a growing AI startup with a mix of creatives, developers and AI scientist, who are combining efforts to create custom AI- and bot solutions!

THIS IS A BIT ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Overall, you will be responsible for project managing projects for a project team consisting designer, developers and project leads
• Drive and manage contact with prospects and clients
• Participate in meetings and be the necessary advocate for smooth processes and deadlines
• Assist with ongoing Customer Success for current clients along with BotSupply's designers
• Follow up on meetings, setting up milestones, create alignment on processes and deadlines with all stakeholders
• Help systematize and push our internal product road map smoothly
• Help out in workshops and in design work with BotSupply designers, clients and end users
• Ad hoc communication with our internal team as well

THIS IS A BIT ABOUT YOU...

• You have an interest in project management and the intersection of structure and awesome communication in general
• You might have an interest in- or have worked as project manager or concept developer with a managing role
• You are able to express yourself fluently in English - fluency in Danish is also a plus
• You are interested in AI and wants to learn how the digital world is shifting to conversational interfaces
• You love to learn new things - every day
• Excellent organisational skills
• Creative problem solver by nature - always eager to fix whatever comes up, and drive processes forward
• You believe that succesful projects are all about communication, alignment and managing expectations
• You are proactive - both in our team, but also in communications/coordinations with clients
• You are ready to embrace the challenges of working in a young start-up, maintaining both an proactive work ethic and the ability to be a team player

PRACTICALITIES & DEADLINE

The role is intended to be filled by either a part-time (student) or an intern. A part-time arrangement will not be time limited per default, but negotiated with your needs. An internship period is intended to be ECTS-worthy and ranging from 3-6 months (depending on your status). Start is the coming spring semester or ASAP (start/finish dates can be negotiated). Other setups can also work for the right candidate, though - please specify in your application if you're interested in a different setup!
