We look for a passionate, creative mind who joins our growth team to help with:

• Creating cool online campaigns for Facebook, Youtube, Reddit, Instagram and other channels
• Delivering exciting out of home -campaigns  
• Telling stories on Selma blog through our Squarespace blogging platform
• Growing and engaging with Selma’s amazing contributor community
• Ideating on how to grow Selma’s user base 

Things that are a must:

• Since Selma’s target market is in Switzerland, you need to be fluent in German. Swiss German is a plus. 🇨🇭
• Confidence in writing in English
• You want to experiment and come up with creative (even wacky) ideas that a financial service wouldn’t usually be expected to do. Like a “hippie bus tour” to meet clients face to face.

Things that would help on the job. You don’t need to tick all the boxes to apply!

• You have a background in growth marketing and/or advertising
• You’ve done PR campaigns and can show interesting results
• You’re familiar with blogging platforms like SquareSpace
• You want to experiment with online tools like Typeform, Giphy, Adobe Spark and whatnot
• You have some graphic design, video editing and/or animation skills, and you can create visual content and online ads on your own.
• You are well versed in the technologies required for creating content for the web – you do not get scared by a little bit of HTML and CSS.
• You like to take things from the planning stage all the way to the goal line

You don’t need to 

• know about investing, day trading, ETFs, algorithms,
• have experience in banking
