The Team 

The SUPERB organization is simple and efficient, consisting of three different teams - product, customer experience, and growth. The growth team is a lean, high-performing elite where our marketing and sales colleagues work together to ensure our customer growth. 

We are looking for a growth manager to join our team - who will focus on our acquisition channels to improve our core business metrics. The growth hacker will have full ownership to develop, test and scale customer acquisition initiatives across all digital channels and markets, both on a strategic and hands-on level. In strong collaboration with the content and sales team, the growth hacker will be responsible for maximizing every opportunity between the top and bottom funnel. Ultimately, the role is to support building a global business and dominating technology within hospitality. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute SUPERB’s digital lead generation strategy across all of our social touchpoints and paid acquisition channels
  • Organic Search Marketing & Paid Marketing: From keyword analysis, setting and following up on targets, to planning and executing online advertising campaigns
  • Establish the right framework for measuring, reporting, and optimizing growth metrics.
  • Keep the team focused on Growth: Provide visibility of growth KPIs (e.g. CPA, LTV, conversion rate, growth rate) across the different teams.
  • Run experiments, conduct data analysis, and research to develop insights that reveal growth opportunities.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Have 3+ years experience doing organic search marketing and/or online advertising (Facebook, AdWords etc).
  • Is analytical, structured and committed to a metrics-driven approach.
  • Experience in analytics, A/B, and multivariate testing.
  • Fluent in English and have excellent communication/writing skills; you get a message across in just a few sentences.
  • Motivated to join a young, dedicated and hard-working team.
  • Experience in marketing automation, email marketing and social media marketing (we work in Hubspot)
  • Experience with HTML/CSS (nice to have - but not a requirement)
