What you’ll be doing:
You will be a part of our management team, and will work closely with the business development as well as the product team to develop, prioritize, implement and evaluate marketing initiatives. Your main KPIs will be to develop wide brand awareness, acquire and retain users. You will be responsible for a team including our content manager, communications manager and interns.
We will be launching many marketing initiatives aimed at ensuring high traffic for our bike operations around the world. We have two broad Rider segments: visitor and local riders. Marketing activities we work with include content generation, search optimization, email marketing, SoMe campaigns, street activation, referrals to name a few.
Leading the marketing team also means developing the brand and communications across the organisation. You’ll be in charge of all online communications (ie automated emails), and support product for visual identity. Besides marketing our services to Riders, we also create content towards and communicate with other types of organizations: cities, potential operations partners, and affiliates.
