Accelerace is the leading accelerator in Europe. Each year we help some of the most promising and innovative startups to market, and we support to grow and scale their business. Also, we make active investments in startups through our venture fund with a current portfolio of more than 50 startups. Our core focus is training, mentoring and strategic advisory, and we take pride in contributing to the operational and daily work of the startups we work with.

In collaboration with Sound Hub Denmark, we have developed Europe’s (perhaps the worlds) most tailored accelerator program for startups within Sound. We call this the most tailored program because we have access to state of the art test facilities for startups developing devices in any niche area of the broad term sound. These facilities are unique and usually hard to access for a startup. We give them that access and on top a 6-month Accelerator program, where experienced business consultants, such as yourself, spend significant time with the startup helping them achieve their goals.

The job and your part

As Business Accelerator it is your job to coach and mentor companies in the Accelerator program by challenging, testing and helping them to realize their business and growth strategy. In each round, you will be working with 4-5 startups. You will play an active and significant role in the companies and act as their daily strategic sparring partner, but also assist in hands-on operational work to validate critical business assumptions.

In addition, you will open and utilize our combined network to bring in top experts to help the startups on specific challenges they are facing.

Finally, you will be the focal point of entering into agreements with potential partners who can help to ensure local integration for the startups.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Identify, contact and screen potential start-ups for the Accelerator
• Develop strong and clear go-to-market strategies for the companies
• Provide daily sparring, coaching, and advice to the startups – including creating access to market, knowledge, customers and industry experts
• Give support to the startups during the implementation/execution phase
• Assist the startups in raising capital through our extensive investor network
• Build local and international partnerships for the program
• Act as a sparring partner for your colleagues
