You’ll be part of building our venture studio from the ground up, launching our first ventures and forming our culture. You share our passion for building stellar product experiences and dive into exciting, emerging technology.

As Sweet Studio’s Tech Lead you direct in all tech aspects from front end and native to back end and technology infrastructure. You will be hands on involved in everything from investment decisions, problem solving in code and mentoring your team. You'll bring strong experience from working in an entrepreneurial environment, building great products and leading technology innovation. You are collaborative, curious and passionate about all things tech.

Sweet Studio is a mix of venture fund and product studio. We’re not just investing money, we invest ourselves and our passion for building products. In our studio space we host entrepreneurs sharing our passion and dedication, and create integrated teams where everyone feels ownership of the project. As one of our first developers you will be part of forming our processes and way of integrating technology into our work with entrepreneurs

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 3-4 engineers to launch new, exciting mobile experiences for the consumer market
• Set technical strategy and make platform choices for new ventures
• Coach entrepreneurs through shipping great products
• Build a name for Sweet Studio in the tech community in Stockholm and globally

You need to be able to work on-site in our office located in central Stockholm for this position.
