Business Development/Account Manager

To ensure continuous growth of our ever changing business, we are looking for a business development manager with a huge drive and no fear of taking initiative. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for seeking and exploring new growth opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships and manage these relationships. Armed with business acumen and product knowledge, you are on the front line of interacting with our partner pharmacies and helping them to grow with Practio.


What you'll do:

  • Identify and lead new growth opportunities among Danish pharmacies to drive top line growth including both existing and new products.
  • Lead initiatives aimed to enhance our customer experience and increase operating efficiency and/or profitability. 
  • Build and manage partner pharmacy relationships at both the tactical and operational level.
  • Draft and execute account activity plans across partner pharmacies including individual quarterly meetings.
  • Ensure best-in-class support for partner pharmacies across all areas of collaboration incl. operational, medical, financial and technical.
  • Maintain overview and control of partner pharmacy performance to meet company objectives. 

 

What you'll bring:

  • Degree i business or pharmaconomist/pharmacist with experience from the industry.
  • Experience in driving business initiatives.
  • Experience with managing relationships and contracts with external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to continuously adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry is beneficial in understanding operating and financial requirements of the business.
  • Fluency in English.
