As Accounting specialist you’ll have a key position in our newly established subsidiary and will act as the driving force to develop the affiliate from the first, exciting stage of its incorporation. As Accounting specialist you’ll have a key position in our newly established subsidiary and will act as the driving force to develop the affiliate from the first, exciting stage of its incorporation. The new subsidiary of Ageras A/S specializes on optimizing the digital accounting industry.

As our Accounting specialist, you are responsible of managing the daily operations as well as developing the affiliate and contribute with your expert knowledge in accountancy to the further establishment. 

Specifically, you’ll: 

• Contribute to the further development of the new subsidiary 
• Optimize and automate workflows for our accountancy services
• Take care of in-depth accountancy matters in cooperation with our customers and external authorities
• Support in providing accounting services for customers
• Resolve customer issues and secure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

You are: 

You’re experienced in the accounting business and are eager to develop and optimize services and products. Maybe you have worked as an accountant before and would like to try something new and be a part of a dynamic, international environment? 

You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, thrive in a fast-pace work environment and are motivated to contributing to the development of our fast-paced technology company. As a person, you are driven by new challenges and ready to disrupt the accounting industry. 

You also have: 

• Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills 
• A HD-R or Cand.merc.aud. degree
• A forward-thinking and hands-on approach
• Knowledge in the accounting business in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden or Norway)
• At least 2 years experiences working in an accounting environment (e.g. as an accountant, auditor or controller)
• Maybe experiences in business development and process optimization in the software service industry
• Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything
• Theoretical principles and practices of audition and accounting (GAAP)
