As a Renegade Coordinator at SOUNDBOKS, you will become part of an international company with a young atmosphere and lots of ambition. We work closely together, we love what we do, and we do our best to make sure everyone in the team feels valued, respected and important. 

SOUNDBOKS is the first party speaker in the world capable of powering events without having to worry about loudness, durability, battery life, portability or technical set-up time/knowledge.

We allow a new type of physical event that we call renegades. A renegade can be any kind of party/happening/sport activity, the only requirements for a renegade, is that it revolves around blasting loud music, with a 10-100 group of people in a remote/on-the-go environment where the SOUNDBOKS provides a unique opportunity and simplicity. The rest is up to you!

The renegades are the main driver of the SOUNDBOKS brand, and we wish to partner up with inspiring and talented artists, influencers, community members, etc. all-around Europe.

ABOUT YOU

It is important that you are true to yourself and eager to develop your professional skills and personal traits. You love to party and are not dependent on being drunk before being able to enjoy dancing/partying. Also, it is important that you have an interest for several music genres and understand the different trends of the industry. In essence, you should be able to set aside your own personal taste, and judge what’s best for the SOUNDBOKS community. You must be young at heart and be able to engage with people at all ages, interests, and cultures. Lastly, and most important, you are extremely outgoing, not afraid of taking chances, and capable of handling several projects at a time.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

To fulfill this position, it will be an advantage if you have experience with influencers, coordinating offline activations with a limited budget and if you have flair for content creation. To successfully perform the job, the following skills and experience are required:

• Experience within the music and/or lifestyle influencer industry
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to make things happen
• Willingness to travel every month 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities include

• Screen and outreach to potential partners. This includes pitches, creating tailored ideas to specific partners, compiling lists of leads and presenting budgets to our Creative Director.
• Establish and manage partnerships to throw renegades: negotiating deals, nurturing relationships and maximizing outcome. 
• Organize, execute and follow-up on renegade events. This is everything from handling all logistics related to the renegade, i.e. making sure everyone arrives on time with everything they need, onboarding the content team on what will happen, hyping/sensing the crowd, to collecting/sorting and uploading raw footage. 
• Recapping the successful and unsuccessful renegades in terms of offline/online performance, partner satisfaction, participation and content engagement – and with this, analyze what works and what doesn’t – in an effort to constantly improve.
