As Artland Senior Mobile Growth Marketer you will be cornerstone of developing and executing Artland´s acquisition strategy. 

About You

• You leverage data and are good at running experiments to define the most important acquisition channels
• You leverage data to understand the product conversion and engagement funnel; you turn data into actionable insights that influence the funnel metrics and drive sustainable growth
• You lead efforts to optimize our marketing funnel by researching and executing new test channels
• You are very strong analytically, while being able to look beyond the numbers to develop creative strategies
• You thrive working cross-functionally, and sitting strategically in the middle of Product, Analytics and Growth
• You work closely with Product and Data teams to identify opportunities to educate users on our products and features
• You are passionate and excited about developing your career in mobile-first consumer products
• You have solid experience crafting, running and measuring online marketing campaigns (including Google, Apple Search, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in both mobile acquisition
• 2+ years experience running campaigns for mobile-only products, ideally on iOS
• Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels (both paid and organic) and tracking against business goals
• Familiarity with consumer-mobile industries
