The Oslo Desk is looking for candidates with a video making background, whose role in the project will become significant, especially within investigative and constructive journalism, Given the early status of the project, the intern/part timer will work on the videos unpaid, and give the opportunity to develop their skills in a challenging work environment . TOD will ensure that in the future, should we be granted funding that we will pay our staff.


We're looking for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, an eye for quality and detail, and a desire to have a social impact for migrants and internationals

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

 

    To help create and edit video content for journalistic work and informative videos our platform oslodesk.com. 

    Experience in in data visualisation and an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship would be a great plus. 

   Driven individual that is driven by doing something meaningful and impactful

    Ability to take direction and work independently 

    Be a self starter 

    Have a positive attitude 

    Be a great communicator

    Fluent in English and have some knowledge of Norwegian.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

    

    edit video using Adobe Premier / Creative Suite or other software 

   Process and post short form video content on our website and social media.

    Assist in creative and marketing tasks as needed.

    Create informational, promotional videos and digital motion graphic animation is a plus.
