We are seeking an intern for our Business Development Analyst position, who loves to optimize, exploit opportunities and create growth plans. WHO WE ARE

SUPERB is a Guest Experience Management (GXM) platform that empowers modern restaurants with an all-in-one solution, combining the booking system, POS and card payments into one. Currently, live in 20 different countries across Europe, US, and Asia working with major brands in the restaurant industry. We are a team located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen who all are full-time on SUPERB. We don't care about which school you studied at or if you got an F in chemistry in the 4th grade. We only focus on winning and dominating the guest experience management category together with people that have PASSION. 


THE ROLE

SUPERB is looking for a business development analyst intern to help us grow our customer base by making sure all processes support our growth ambitions. Together with the Chief Growth Officer, you will help the marketing and sales team as a support function with market-research, opportunity identification, and optimizing internal processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify customer opportunities in European restaurant markets 
  • Optimize and update internal CRM processes and data properties
  • Market analysis and research 
  • Support the Chief Growth Officer with ad-hoc tasks
