At Valuer we connect startups with corporates. We have 2500+ Technology Scouts Worldwide and a great community in Helsinki. You will join them and help us with growth, engagement, listening, and improvement to make sure we have a happy community !

Valuer is a mix of accelerators, startup competitions and pitch events that we have digitized into a simple tool where corporates, venture funds and business angels can track startups. Our main goal is to matchmake the brightest startups with the right corporate, at the right time.

Good communication skills are a must , outgoing, friendly and relatable. You have to be able to talk to people in a way that makes them comfortable with you, and you have to listen to what they expect, what they want.. Trustworthiness is also important.  , 

Among duties and Responsibilities:

* Building Brand Loyalty - being touch constantly with our agents, ask and handle feedback

* Who are Valuers ? - use data through qualitative and quantitative measures to understand who Agents are, what they are motivated by, and how we can exceed their expectations. 

*Sense of Community - developing and managing social forums, events, random acts of kindness, recognition, newsletter and other communication, etc.

* Proactive - you understand what success looks like and will be self-starting to find the right way to get us there. 

* Energetic & Optimistic - you’re positive, generally happy and you are a "yes, and...", not a "no, but..." kind of person.

* Organized - you can juggle multiple things at once and don't need someone watching over you or micromanaging you. 

* Entrepreneurial mindset - you are inquisitive, love to learn, embrace failure, and never give up.you want to work in a startup environment which means its not always  9-5 job - but you work smart because you know its not about the hours, its about the output.You can choose when to work from the office, or from home or joining events.
