Linkfire is looking for a full-time Senior Product Owner. You will join us to maintain and improve our main product and to drive the journey towards expanding our client-base to include new and exciting business verticals in the entertainment industry. You will join a company with roots and heart in music, a team of 40+ tech and music enthusiasts from all sides of the world. Rockers and DJs, soccer and basketball players, early twenties and late thirties - we have it all!


The Role:

As Senior Product Owner at Linkfire, you will be responsible for maintaining and consolidating our current primary product. You will do that by making sure that bugs are handled, new features developed based on stakeholder input, release planning and business needs. 

You will furthermore drive the product to expand on new business verticals. You will turn business vision into increments of product and into value for new customers. You will be improving, validating, feedback-collecting, aligning with all stakeholders and improving again. You develop the product steadily and work with the development team towards innovative solutions. 

You do all this whilst making sure you address stakeholder input and business needs at all times. Moreover, your release plans are clear and well communicated - so we are all working in the same direction

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new and existing clients.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders’ communication.
  • Implement retention strategies for existing clients by leveraging user's feedback.
  • Collect and specify features request.
  • Be the main point of contact for client requests.

Abilities and Skills:

  • You have 5+ years of Product Owner experience, including new product development
  • Thoroughly structured approach to the day-to-day workflow.
  • Previous experience in working with subscription-based B2B web applications.
  • Excellent, razor-sharp communication skills and ability to convey a complex set of information in an easy and digestible fashion.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Previous experience with Scrum and lean-agile product development methodologies.
