We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for a 3-month internship, who has a winner attitude, loves to influence decision-makers and doesn't take no for an answer. You will be joining a team of like-minded individuals on a journey towards conquering the $750 billion industry.

WHO WE ARE
SUPERB is a Guest Experience Management (GXM) platform that empowers modern restaurants with an all-in-one solution, combining the booking system, POS and card payments into one. Currently, live in 20 different countries across Europe, US, and Asia working with major brands in the restaurant industry. We are a team located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen who all are full-time on SUPERB. We don't care about which school you studied at or if you got an F in chemistry in the 4th grade.. We only focus on winning and dominating the guest experience management category.

REQUIREMENTS
Have 1-2 years of experience in direct sales
Is fully proficient in English (speaking either French or Spanish would be a plus, but not necessary)
YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Relationship Manager you will have one mission: to establish customer base growth in our primary new markets such as Scandinavia, France, Spain and the UK market together with the Chief Growth Officer. Whatever way possible. Mostly via phone and face-to-face video call meetings but we also have a number of other tools to help you get the job done. You will be cold calling, you will set up meetings, you will present, you will inspire, you will struggle, you will win! You will be part of shaping and execute our inbound and outbound marketing channels. Remember, establishing customer relationships is no easy task and requires a person who is not afraid of rejection, but if you are a winner, you don't care.
FUTURE
We are currently planning to open sales offices abroad within the next 12-18 months and we will need Country Managers. Yes, do a great job and you can join our journey to conquer Europe. Let's go.
