For the fall semester Talenthub.io is looking for an intern who are currently studying within the field of communication or organization at UCN or AAU (for example; Organization and strategy or IT-management). Do you find HR, recruitment and implementation processes interesting? Are you ambitious and eager to learn? Do you dream of applying your skills and competencies in a young and innovative company? If the answer is yes, then the internship as Assistant Implementation Specialist for Talenthub.io is the position for you!

At Talenthub.io our main focus is to create a more transparent recruitment process. We gather feedback from applicants with a purpose of giving companies insight into the candidate experience and developing better recruitment experiences.

What do we offer?

As an intern in Talenthub.io you will become a part of our internship programme. In the internship programme you will have a mentor from your department, and an internship coordinator, who organizes workshops for you and your fellow interns for the purpose of strengthening your professional and personal development throughout the internship. The internship programme furthermore give you a great opportunity to create a professional network with fellow students from a wide range of backgrounds.  

You will be faced with many different tasks giving you experience in fields including (but not limited to):

•  Customer support
• Onboarding and implementation of customers in our system
• User Engagement 
• Creation of blog posts
• Maintenance and development of Talenthub
• Ad hoc tasks

You will in connection with that come in contact with many different types of customers ranging from institutions of education and companies to trade associations, all while working with Aalborg’s best colleagues.

Who are you?

A student who has a passion for HR and stays updated on new trends and technologies. You must be quality-conscious and outgoing. You need to be comfortable working in a team environment, while still having the motivation to delve deep into independent tasks. Your colleagues are ambitious and adaptable - so of course you are too!

As Assistant Implementation Specialist intern you will both get to work on the day-to-day tasks like customer support, but you will also get the opportunity to work on your own projects within your field of expertise.

It is a bonus if you have experience in the following areas:

• HR
