We are looking for someone, who already is or can grow to become an essential contributor to our growth, who takes pride in their work and challenges the traditional ways of doing business. 

AS A SALES SPECIALIST, YOU WILL: 

• Raise interest on Lumoa to prospective customer by cold emailing and calling 
• Ensure our growth by securing and hosting meetings with prospective customers
• Growing to close deals independently, if not already capable
• Work closely with Marketing to build Inbound Sales and engage in the development of all our Sales processes 
• Collaborate with the whole team and provide customer feedback to drive product innovation 

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED? 

• Express passion about product and working in a customer-facing role 
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including listening 
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently 
• Ability to sell in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is a bonus 
• Be comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization 
• Understanding and experience in B2B SaaS Sales 
• Understanding the basics of GDPR or willingness to learn
• Be able to create connections and engage confidently with a variety of audiences including C-level decision makers 
• Exhibit entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities 
• Be intellectually curious and ambitious
