As a designer you will be responsible for the User Experience (UX) of our web, Android app, and basic phone services in East Africa. The work includes graphical design and interaction or functional design. You also need to bring with you leadership experience to steer our international team of competent developers. Following tasks are included:

* Distill complex matters to an easy-to-use yet appealing design to serve millions of smallholder farmers in East Africa.

* Lead the implementation with our team and with our globally known partners, you take responsibility for achieving results.

* Communicate efficiently and precisely with the team and with our users in East Africa in English (Kiswahili will be a plus but not mandatory)
