It picks up patterns and habits of the individual diabetic and uses it for insulin recommendations giving the person with diabetes a better insulin-treatment. • Drive downloads to the app
• Bringing creative, traditional and innovative ideas on how to grow KPIs.
• A/B test those ideas.
• Analyze the data and users’ feedback.
• Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) to improve and make the product more user-centric.
• Drive traffic and engagement to our website, landing pages and social media
• Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
• Prioritize growth channels. 

Requirements:

• Data-driven and kind of a data-geek: have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
• Experienced google Adwords specialist.
• Have editing and copywriting skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Thrive in a startup environment.
• Performance and result-oriented.
• Curious and creative.  
• Relentless in pursuit of growth.  

Bonus:

• A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
• Understanding of Email marketing
• Experience with app retention and best practise
• User acquisition tools for APPs
• Experience with SEO, ASO and SoMe
• Knowledge about paid, earned and owned marketing
• Enough HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up VWO (or similar) tests.
