The hunting industry has been growing for the last 10 years and are a billion industry. Hunters Match has been growing since launch mid-december and I need a great team to keep that going! First of all I'm looking for a programmer.

I'm looking for a programmer who can run the website. I would like to have parts of the website automated. E.g when a customer submit his request he should receive 3 offers that matches immediately. That's the most urgent task and afterwords I'm thinking that it will be ongoing tasks, maybe around 6-8 hours a week and mostly working from home. 

But I'm also looking for someone who would love to be part of a team and exchange great ideas and so on.
