Responsibilities: 

• Customer support through chat, phone, virtual meetings and face-to-face customer meetings
• Collaborating with Account Managers to drive successful customer onboarding and nurturing
• Collecting product feedback from customers empowering our Product team
• Resolve customer concerns and manage expectations
• Copywriting / Content creation / Customer communication to drive product adoption

Requirements:

• Service-oriented, organised and proactive
• Dedicated team player who is working independently and with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills - verbal & written (English)
• Curious and enjoy to be in front of customers
• Being able to understand and navigate in more complex areas and systems
• Familiar with CRM systems and help desk software (Intercom, Hubspot etc.)
• Find it obvious to have an analytical and data-driven approach to your work
