Your role as a Growth Lead consists of:

• Owning and executing product marketing strategy
• Working closely with the product team to build growth levers into the product
• Choosing what to test and overseeing setup
• Buying outside services
• Helping to hire more pros

What we expect from you:

• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
• Several years of experience in marketing, preferably with software product(s)
• Proof of data-driven mindset
• Holistic understanding of customer/user aquisition 
• Great teamwork skills
• Able to have fun while at work and practice continuous self-study and development
