Salary DKK 200 - DKK 80,000
Equity To be negotiated

3 specialist: 1 HR specialist, recruitment guru and entrepreneur, 1 recruitment specialist (we are talking decades here) and every day recruiter with tons of successes behind her and 1 Wanna-be startup/CTO/developer/manager/MBA. Together we have a great vision for our product, that we have successfully launched.

We need #4. A person who knows Product. How do we take this great SaaS, add whatever features needed (we code ourselves, aws, CI/CD etc) and make it the great product it deserves. We have many ideas. We haven't really tried any of them yet. We know we have a good software. But how do we productize our offering, how we sell it, to whom, how and when? If you know this, you are the right person. We don't want a massive marketing campaign (unless that's what's needed). We want someone who can drive and lead the entire Product effort. Be the CEO of the product.

We expect some of these tasks to be carried out by the Product Owner:

  • Launching
  • Emailing
  • Campaigning
  • Making a product out of our software
  • Map the customer journey
  • Come with new ideas for features
  • Communicate with users – and more importantly – with our company customers
  • Get us new customers
  • Create business opportunities
  • Showcase good recruitment stories in SoMe
  • Write great content
  • Follow new opportunities (fruitful partnerships etc)
  • Work with planning the development
  • Prioritize the Product Backlog
  • Have a lot of fun

To be successful you ideally have some experience on the above – but we do care more about:

  • Drive
  • Will power
  • Willingness to learn
  • Willingness to invest time and sweat (no money needed)

You can work with this full-time, part time, weekends, mornings – whenever and what works for you. It's not important. What is important is that we keep communicating and we share our experiences. We do this together. And we all benefit from it.

You won't get paid. Unless you are successful. Sounds weird? Maybe. We already spent around 1000 hours on this product already, most of it outside our normal day jobs. We get paid when we get revenue. We do have revenue from recruitment tasks, but our aim is that the product "Bridge" should generate. We are willing to give you a great share of this cake. How big it is? Let's discuss. But we are willing to give as much as we have, so let that be a conversation starter for you. We split even and start making revenue. Sky is the limit.

So are you in the mood for joining an exciting software that EXISTS and is out there and has some traction already? Did this text inspire you and now you are sitting with a great idea on how to make the product even better? Get in touch!

Language?

Not important. However you need to be good at communicating.

Location?

Wherever, as long as you have a Danish CVR (personal security number) and somewhat our time zone. Of course it would be helpful if you could visit customers.

When?

Now.

Responsibility?

Future of bridge.induce.dk

How?

Legally you join as a co-founder of our new ApS/IVS which is not even started yet.

Perks and benefits

This job comes with several perks and benefits

Working at
Bridge

Last year we built a recruitment platform in order to match the right candidates with the right employers based on 1) skills (yes, it's still there) 2) what you want to do 3) personality and company culture. We have more than 1000 candidates. We are 1) A real recruitment company INDUCE (.dk), with real customers, making real money and growing (3 employees and 2 partners) 2) A Tech company called CTOCPH (.com) partly owns the product and leads the development https://bridge.induce.dk We work remotely or at the Rebel Work space next to Østerport station. We want to help, and we are every day helping companies get great candidates. It's NOT a one way street. It goes two-ways. If we find you what you want, makes you excited, and the job also matches your personality AND is a place where you have a high probability to fit it from day one – would you not want to take that chance? How many times do you know anything about the company you are applying for except the usual rant about "great workspace" and "innovative environment"? Is it real? We want you to get as many honest answers as possible before you take the leap. And hey the other side, the companies. Imagine tons of applications, all different looking CVs. No one reads that. And if they do, you get rejected on the wrong basis. Just because you forgot something you thought was obvious, or even worse – you didn't spend hours in Word making your CV look stellar and have the right amount of SEO keyword optimization in it.  You want this. Companies needs this. It's so simple. Forget the CV. Ok, it has it's place, but let's focus on the ones that want and can, shall we? Ok so we assume you are good from the beginning. Done. Next, we see if what you bring in existing skills and experience is good enough. Ok, reached that. Then – and here is where it gets interesting. We ask you what you want to do in the future. Crazy huh? We actually ask you that. Then, we ask you to draw some slides and kind of map your personality. And your preferred company culture. Are you an office camper or a road runner? Then – boom we ask the company the SAME questions. Who do they want? What is their company culture? Magic happens. You get matched. They invite you for an interview. Hopefully. What's not to like? Yes we are live. Yes you can join. But it's invitation only. So the only way to get in, unless you get invited from a friend is – to send your interest for a job. If we think you may be a good fit, we'll invite you. https://bridge.induce.dk/jobs/ Right now we are focusing on Digital profiles.
