Practio is in an exciting growth phase where next steps involve commercial growth and international scaling. To reach our ambitious goals we are building a rockstar marketing team, working closely with UX team. Our new team member is a passionate wordsmith with an eye for details, creative and unconventional outlook that is determined to build a great customer experience, while reaching company goals. Practio has offices in Copenhagen and Lissabon. The role is located in Copenhagen.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Planning and execution of text communication across user touch points in the customer journey including but not limited to website, app and emails
• Understand our different target audiences and how to communicate with them
• Planning and execution of text based marketing activities, e.g. SEO
• Development of creative content and marketing material together with the design team
• Plan and implement social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram
• Split testing and performance evaluation
• Deliver on performance metrics to support company goals
• Work cross-functionally with design, product management, strategy, developers and marketing

Your profile 

• Native Danish speaker
• Experience in communication and copywriting 
• Relevant academic background within the field of communication, copywriting, journalism, and/or marketing 
• Strong writing skills with proper tone, feeling, emotion, sentence structure and grammar
• Creative mindset with ability to identify fresh and interesting angles
• Action-oriented, customer-focused, with effective prioritization, goal-setting and time management skills 
• Have an eye for detail
• Desire to be hands-on with activities
• Able to communicate effectively in English as our corporate language is English
• Good analytical skills – experience with Google Analytics is considered a plus
• Interest in HealthTech is also a plus
