The role

Joining Airtame as an Accounting Assistant you will become a member of Finance & HR, which encompasses accounting, finance, controlling, valuation as well as IT and facilities management. Our team of 3 persons strive to support Airtame with world-class systems, processes and procedures.

Your tasks

As a member of the Finance and HR team the Accounting Assistant will become part of the team’s operational backbone. Responsibilities include:

  • Assists in the daily bookkeeping comprising accounts payable and account receivable, as well as monthly reconciliations.
  • Online bank payments.
  • Handling reimbursements within the group, and monthly reporting.
  • Various ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate that is:

  • Studying BSc in Economics and Business Administration (HA Almen) in Copenhagen Business School or similar.
  • Experienced with accounting will be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experienced with E-conomic, QuickBooks, Pleo and Expensify is a plus.
  • Super user in Excel and strong IT skills in general is an advantage.
  • Fluently in Danish and English at professional level - both written and spoken.
