We are looking for a Customer service representative who thrives on providing top-notch service through email, chat and social media such as Twitter and Facebook. You're a great match if you possess good troubleshooting and analytical skills, are driven to help customers and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out. Our small team is composed of employees from Germany, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania and Denmark. Danish skills are not required for this job.
You will be working on improving the overall response time for our support. The tasks include responding to support emails in a time-effective way and helping users with their requests, together with complementary tasks related to customer support such as managing our support forum and performing pay-outs to sellers.
The position is part-time with approximately 15 hours per week. The job is based in our office in Copenhagen. However, you will have flexible work hours and will be able to work remotely. A phone and computer will be provided.
