Alpha World is a new style of gaming client. Instead of showing available games in a list like Steam does, we let gamers discover new games in a virtual world. Your job will be to design the initial prototype of this world.

The main goal of the internship is for you to create a complete design of Alpha Worlds first prototype. This will include:

• A detailed mockup of a small 3D game world
• A storyline taking gamers through the prototype
• A simple user interface
• Main menu/settings screen

If time permits you will also get a chance to work on:

• 3D graphics creation
• Character animations
• Sound
• Terrain building
• + more

Other than a must have interest in game design it would be great if you can check off a couple of the points below.

• Experience with game design
• 3rd+ year student on a relevant education
• You are gaming at least a couple of hours per week
• You have played at least 1 MMO

The internship is expected to run for at least 1 month (2 months if you prefer to work part-time). If you have the necessary skills and would like to join a startup at a very early stage send your CV plus a sentence about your favorite game and why you love it.
