Join our support team! Donkey Republic is looking for a new support crew member to help our riders and partners! This is a paid part-time position from April to October. We are looking forward to meet you - let's make our riders feel like queens and kings!

Donkey Republic is working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you! 

We are looking for an energetic part-time support crew member to join our support team for the peak season from April to October .

You will join forces with 3 other support crew members to help our riders and partners. Our support crew solves problems and answers questions around the use of our app. Both via support calls and emails. We use Zendesk as our support tool. The working days are Sundays to Thursdays from 9am to 5pm and Fridays to Saturdays from 9am to 7pm. You will help us a minimum of 10 hours a week with a flexible schedule. You are likely to work on public holidays, when most of our riders rent bikes from us. This is a paid part-time position.

We imagine you:

• Have some experience in customer support.
• Are a fast learner, both handling support and using mobile and web tools.
• Like interacting with people and are always happy to help our riders and our crew.
• Welcome and enjoy tackling tricky issues, creative and patient in solving problems.
• Use your own laptop when helping us.
• Are fluent in communicating in English. Danish, German and Spanish skills are an asset.
• Are a nice and open person, excited to meet your new colleagues.
• Share a vision of making the life in cities better for everyone!

Compensation: to be agreed according to your skills/experience.
