As Pointvoucher’s growth manager you will be a creative marketer and have the main responsibility for our user growth where you will monitor and optimize all our paid and organic growth efforts of our mobile games. In essence, your role will be focused on optimizing the use of our growth budget and managing all efforts through your own execution and through the assistance of your team of freelancers and agencies.

You will

  • Have a full responsibility for the budget to optimize all growth efforts across all channels.
  • Be leading and assisting your team of colleagues and agencies in delivering continued hyper growth for our games with a focus on our city games like Play London with Mr Bean.
  • Have experience with UA for Match 3, endless runners and other similar casual games genres.
  • Set the strategy and direction for the most optimal use of our growth budget and make a plan for allocation of resources and budget for this.
  • Have hands-on work with external channels. Primarily Facebook, Instagram, and Google, but also ad networks and potentially influencer networks.
  • Alongside our product team, you will also work on growth hacking through product and user enhancements. You will through a data-driven creative approach provide ideas, input, and tweaks to our product and user communication to integrate intuitive campaign and growth initiatives.
  • Follow up on reports and deliver weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Assist our CIO/CMO with presentations and data.

Your background and profile are likely to be:

  • +4 years of experience with growth hacking and data analysis.
  • You’re highly results-oriented. We need a person who is driven by delivering high user growth.
  • Have a several years experience in working with digital marketing budgets, through Facebook, Google, and other ad networks.
  • Ads, mobile UA through Google, mobile UA networks and ideally influencer marketing.
  • Are obsessed with details, yet able to zoom out whenever to see the whole picture.
  • Preferably have a university degree, however, this is not a requirement.

You've worked with growth hacking before in a gaming company and know the dos and don’ts.

  • Have flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-driven, take ownership and have the ability to manage your own projects, but also play well in a team.
  • A good friend that will add something unique to our playful culture.
