PROJECTS

Data foundation

• Setup and perform analysis based on sales and product data using data from i.e. GoogleBigQuery, Salesforce and Intercom

Marketing - Tell stories with data

• Assist our marketing and CEO to tell stories using our internal data together with external data about the church to drive authority and to engage our customers

Sales

• Perform customer segmentation to help our sales team improve the effectiveness of their work.

Product and Customer Success Insights

• Assist our product management to build insights into product usage and customer performance (customer health, cohorts)

DESIRED SKILLS

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets experience
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Analytical mindset and business understanding
• Keen interest in using data to drive a better business
• Lots of energy to execute
