The role

• To meet the demand, we are looking for a full-time Customer Success Intern to join our Customer Success team in our Copenhagen office.
• You'll be working with a close-knit group of Airtame employees to create an awesome experience for our customers and leads. In return, we'll make sure that you have a challenging and rewarding time with us!

Your tasks

• Communicate and support existing customers through email, phone, and live chat.
• Turn incoming hot leads into customers through support, calls, and demo calls.
• Handle your own accounts from leads to customer to happy and returning customer.
• Help come up with creative ways to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Being an awesome team player.

Requirements

• You are passionate about growing businesses with an enthusiastic approach to now challenges and learnings.
• You have an innovative mindset and the willingness to run the extra mile when completing a task.
• Have great empathy and communication skills
• Tech savvy and enthusiastic about technologies.
• Highly-motivated team player with a drive for creative thinking and for getting things done.
• You speak and write English fluently

Bonus points

• You have formerly worked with either sales or customer service.
• Experienced with content writing including emails, blog posts, or help center articles.
• Have hands-on experience with shooting and editing video content.
• Speak a second language such as Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, or German.
